RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Items may be exchanged or returned within 45 days of purchase. For a full refund. We do recommend doing so within 30 days:

  • Items must be new, unworn, unwashed, and with original tags attached.
  • Receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Exchanges Allowed

  • Exchanges are permitted for different sizes, styles, or colors of the same item (depending on availability).
  • If the exact size/color is unavailable, a refund may be issued.

Non-Exchangeable Items

  • Personalized/embroidered uniforms or items (e.g., with student name) are final sale.
  • Hair items are all final sale.
  • Items marked “final sale” or clearance.
  • Worn, damaged, or altered items.

Process

  • Bring the item(s) to the store or ship them back (shipping costs non-refundable).
  • A store associate will verify condition and eligibility.
  • If approved, you may select a replacement item or receive a refund.

Notes

Exchanges cannot be processed beyond 45 days from the purchase date. Our system does not permit it.
