Return/exchange policy

60 day return policy for unworn garments with original tag for a full refund or exchange. Although we recommend doing so within 30 days. Any washed or damaged items such as those with stains, broken buttons, or dog hair, are not eligible for return. To make a return, customers can go to the Lumo store with their original receipt for a full return to the original payment method. If you do not have your receipt, items will not be accepted.
