What happens if I do not have the receipt?

We cannot process a refund or exchange without proof of purchase. However, if your
purchase was made with a credit/debit card, you can log into your card portal and find the transaction date and total amount. If the order is within 30 days, we will do our best to manually look up your purchase in our system.

What is the 'waitlist'?

The waitlist is our way of ensuring you get the item you need as quickly as possible. Scan the QR code available in store, enter your name, contact information, and the item you’re requesting. As soon as the item arrives, we will call or email you for pickup.

How are uniforms logoed?

  • Polos and bottoms: Embroidered with the official 'R' badge.
  • Outerwear (sweaters, jackets, pullovers, etc.): Embroidered with the new seal (circle logo).
  • Dresses: Only available for Day School students.

Who provides P.E. uniforms?

  • Day School P.E. Uniforms: Provided exclusively by Lumo.
  • Riviera Prep P.E. Uniforms: Provided exclusively by Riviera Prep (the school itself).
